The opening ceremony of the first-term training in 2018 for China Railway Chengdu Group Co., Ltd. was successfully held on the morning of April 17.The ceremony was attended by SEM Dean Han Shizhuan, Director Hu Yong of the personnel office of Chengdu Group, Deputy Dean Tao Yuchun and Assistant Dean Zhu Gangying and chaired by Deputy Dean Tao Yuchun.
At the ceremony, Dean Han Shizhuan introduced the history, scientific and research conditions, discipline construction and faculties of SEM and ECJTU, and emphasized the importance of constantly improving individual ability and competence. He expressed the attention paid to this training and warmly welcomed the arrival of all trainees and wished them a happy stay here in East China JiaoTong University. Afterwards, Director Hu Yong elaborated on the background, purposes and significance of attending this training, affirmed the qualifications of the lecturers and the training schedule, and required all trainees to strictly abide by the training rules and regulations. And, on behalf of the Chengdu Group, Director Hu Yong expressed his sincere thanks to School of Economics and Management for its warm hospitality.
