SEM students came in second in the 36thECJTU sports meeting after three days’ fierce competition from September 28 to 30. It is the best result achieved for School of Economics and Management(SEM) in almost a decade. To celebrate and summarize on the success, ECJTU held a conference in the Southern Hall on the evening of October 12.
SEM leaders, including Dean Han Shizhuan, Secretary Hu Taoyuan, Deputy Secretary Tian Yulan, Deputy Dean Tao Yuchun and Deputy Dean Li Dongwei attended the conference chaired by Director Liu Xiucai.
Deputy Secretary Tian Yulan applauded the success and commended all athletes for their vigorous spirits and diligent efforts; Secretary Hu Taoyuan announced the rewards to some outstanding athletes and teams; Dean Han Shizhuan reiterated that the whole school would invest greater efforts into promoting sports work and physical education.
