Professor Ai Chunrong, Dean of the Institute of Statistics and Big Data of the Renmin University of China, was officially appointed as the first adjunct professor of School of Economics and Management on December 28th, 2017. Vice President Shi Huanping of ECJTU presented Professor Ai Chunrong with a letter of appointment.
Prof. Ai expressed his pleasure to be employed as a part-time professor of East China Jiaotong University and would do his utmost to make contributions to the discipline construction, faculty building and talent cultivationof School of Economics and Management with his own experiences and insight. He observed that for future development, School of Economics and Management need to make full use of the its distinct advantages, closely integrate with the transportation industry, and strengthen the construction of finance and marketing disciplines, and strive for more policy and fund support from ECJTU.
